These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website 4pl.international and the services provided by 4PL International, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

4PL International provides third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) services, including warehousing, order fulfilment, freight coordination, customs clearance and international shipping from our hub in Thailand. The specific scope, pricing and service levels of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement provided to you.
3. Enquiries & Quotes
Information on this website, including indicative timeframes and cost ranges, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written proposal and you accept it.
4. Purchase & Service Terms
- Pricing: fees are based on the services you use, such as storage, handling and shipping, and are confirmed in your proposal. Prices are quoted in the currency stated in that proposal.
- Payment: payment terms, invoicing and any applicable taxes or duties are set out in your agreement.
- Customs & duties: where we handle customs clearance, applicable duties and taxes are charged at cost unless agreed otherwise.
- Your obligations: you are responsible for providing accurate product information, ensuring your goods are legal to ship, and complying with the import requirements of destination countries.
5. Prohibited & Restricted Goods
We do not handle illegal, dangerous or restricted goods. We reserve the right to refuse or return any items that breach applicable laws, carrier rules or destination-country import regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
- Our liability in connection with our services is limited to the amount set out in your service agreement, or, where none applies, to the fees paid for the relevant service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites and provide the links for convenience only.
8. Indemnity
